1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Sites, enrolling in any course (including the Psychosynthesis Life Coach & Leadership Certification Program), or purchasing any service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any course-specific Financial Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Sites or our services.
2. Nature of Coaching and Training Services
A. Non-Medical Relationship: You acknowledge that the Psychospiritual Institute provides coaching, psycho-spiritual guidance, and professional training and consulting services, not medical, psychological, or clinical therapy. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
B. Client and Student Responsibility: You agree that training and coaching results are based on your personal effort, dedication, and follow-through. As a student, you are solely responsible for your emotional well-being, attendance, completion of all course requirements (including co-guiding), and adherence to the professional ethics defined by the BCC Code of Ethics throughout the program and beyond.
3. Enrollment, Payment, and Delinquency
A. Enrollment and Payment: Full payment or an approved payment plan must be in place prior to beginning any course. A minimum $997.00 deposit is required before a student can begin the course unless otherwise approved.
B. Late Payments: Payments that are declined and/or received after the due date are subject to a $30 late fee. If a payment declines a second time, a $30 late fee will be charged if payment is not submitted within the next seven (7) days.
C. Delinquent Accounts: If an account becomes delinquent, the Institute reserves the right to:
-
- Assess a monthly late fee of $50.
- Withhold the certificate of completion until all tuition and course costs are fully paid.
- Withdraw the student from the training program with forfeiture of monies paid to date.
- Submit the outstanding balance to an agency for collection after six (6) months.
4. Cancellation and Termination Policy
A. Course Cancellation (Training Programs): The $997.00 deposit is non-refundable.
-
- Students may cancel until the day the course begins and either receive a tuition refund (minus the deposit) or apply the credit to a later session of the same course or another course.
- Withdrawal during the course: The student agrees to pay the prorated tuition for the first two (2) months attended. If withdrawal occurs after the second month, the student agrees to pay 50% of the total tuition. If withdrawal occurs anytime after the fourth month, the student agrees to pay 100% of the total tuition.
- Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of the written request.
B. Non-Refundable Digital Products (General Services): Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, books, and course materials, all sales of these items are final and non-refundable, unless a specific refund guarantee is explicitly stated on the product's sales page.
